1. Acceptance
By installing or using MemJog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What MemJog is
MemJog is a personal memory-support tool. It helps you capture and retrieve your own notes. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition. It supports memory practice; it does not treat memory impairment.
3. Your data
All data you create in MemJog belongs to you. It is stored on your device. MemJog does not access, transmit, or retain it. See the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MemJog to:
- Store or retrieve passwords, PINs, or financial credentials (use a password manager).
- Record others without their knowledge where prohibited by law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the on-device AI models.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
MemJog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that transcriptions will be accurate, or that data will not be lost. Keep backups of anything important.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemJog and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
